Give yourself a reward. If you are sticking to your diet, it’s ok to reward yourself once in a while with a small piece of cake or a glass of wine. This is by no means an indication of cheating. This means that you are doing a wonderful job with losing weight. Of course this does not mean that you should give yourself a reward with each meal, only occasionally when you reach a goal. Your new diet is a lifestyle, not something meant to punish you.

You can substitute omelets for breakfast during your weight loss program. Incorporate vegetables into your omelet for a protein-rich snack in the morning. Also, you will be gaining more fiber, which will curtail your appetite.

You should not be alone on your weight loss journey. If you don’t have friends or family that will work out with you, you can join some online forums or groups for support. You might be surprised to learn there is someone right around the corner who needs someone to lose weight with!
